Happy Thanksgiving

We had such a wonderful Thanksgiving. We are so grateful for the good friends we have made in Milwaukee.  We are also very grateful for our families. We hope everyone had a great turkey day!

Jack is so helpful in the kitchen!

He loved throwing all of the books across the room at McAllister's house.

Just reading a book before dinner.
Jack playing with the big kids.
Karisa made everything look so fancy.

Turkey please!!

Great food and great people to share it with.

Fall Festivities

Autumn in Wisconsin is so beautiful. It is so fun to watch the leaves change and fall. Here are a few things we have been doing lately.
Jack and the pumpkin patch.

It doesn't look like it but Jack and Dada enjoying the hayride.

Beautiful Wisconsin fall. I love all of the trees this time of year.

Jack is relaxing by the corn fields.

Jack+ass?

Jack loved petting all of the animals but the donkey was his favorite.

Giddy up!

I left the petting zoo up to Jack and Dada.

Which one should I choose?

Jack is ready to carve his Jack-o-lantern!

I don't know about this.

He wasn't so sure about the slimy inside at first but then he realized that it was fun to squish,

and eat!

I wonder what this part tastes like.

Our masterpieces

Happy Halloween!

We let Jack play in the leaves in the front yard and they came up to his waste.

He discovered quickly how much fun it was to throw them.

He did not like the stems touching his face.

Brmmm, Brmmm

Jack and Dada walking into the sunset after a hard day of play.

Cutest skeleton I have ever seen.

Skeletor and his angry face.
Halloween is Dino-riffic!

I took Jack trick or treating at the medical college. He had fun looking at all of the decorations and  watching all of the  workers pass out candy in their costumes.

Trick or Treat!

Disneyland

In October we took our first family trip to Disneyland. We met some of my family and some of Bagley's family there. We had such a great time and can't wait to go back. I don't know who had more fun, Jack or his parents. We will definitely have to go again soon. Our good friends were there at the same time and so they were able to come and visit us at our hotel the night before. We really miss all of our friends who have moved away from Milwaukee.
Joslyn, Landon and Jack. We are too excited to sleep!

Jack and Jos didn't miss a beat. They were so excited to see each other.

The first ride of the trip was Mr. Toad's Wild Ride.

The carousel was Jack's favorite ride.

The line was usually pretty short for the carousel so Jack was able to ride it a lot.
Jack, Papa, and Lou Lou.

I love the joy on his face!

Winnie the Pooh was the first character we saw. It is sort of sad that the characters don't walk around the park anymore.

Jack's first of many trips to Disneyland!

New and improved Star Tours!

Captain EO is back. Jack and I enjoyed the 1980's 3D movie.

I done seen about everything when I see an elephant fly.

Dumbo!

Mama, Jack, and Dada.

Ooooo! Lightning McQueen!

Nana and Jack hanging out with Mater.

Jack, Vivienne, and Val Dean waiting for the Bugs Life movie to begin.

Boppa, Maga, and Aunt Kara made sure Jack had lots of yummy treats.

Jack and Dada enjoying the parade.

Jack did not like being left alone with the characters.

Happy boy until....

...Buzz Lightyear  shows up!

M-I-C-K-E-Y M-O-U-S-E! We love Mickey!

This was our second attempt at the Casey Junior Train ride. After waiting in line forever the first time, Jack fell asleep a few minutes before we boarded the train.

Captain Jack commanding is crew!

Silly monkey!

Jack was such a good sport. We pushed him to this point all three nights. He is one tired skeleton.

We finally got a picture with the whole group. We had so much fun and hope to do it again soon!

Come Back Soon! Oh we will!!
